How to play Heart And Faith The Darkness Comes: key, chords and progression

Heart And Faith The Darkness Comes by Forest Pooky keeps coming home to A major (three sharps: F♯, C♯, G♯). You need 18 chords: B, G, D, E, C#sus2, Ab, A, A5, Am, F#m, Bsus2 and C#m and 6 more.

The backbone of the song is B – G – D – B (II – ♭VII – IV – II in A major). Practise these 4 changes until they feel natural and you can play most of it.

Good to know: B, C#sus2, Ab, F#m and Bsus2 are played as barre or movable shapes on guitar. Practise the change into them slowly; on piano and ukulele the same chords are easier.
