Making the music is only half the job. Yalle Media helps artists, songwriters and producers release their songs the right way, collect every royalty they’re owed, and grow a career with a team behind them.

Music publishing setup
$300 one-time setup
Every stream, radio play and performance of your song earns songwriter and publishing royalties, on top of what your distributor pays you. We set up your publishing so that money finds you.
- Your PRO membership set up as a songwriter (composer), and as a publisher where it helps
- Your songs registered with the correct writers and splits
- Performance and mechanical royalties for both the songwriter’s and the publisher’s share
- A full check that everything is connected and in your name
Management
Artist management
Tailored to each artist
For artists ready to grow, we work with you on the business side so you can focus on the music.
- Career plan and release strategy
- Distribution handled with you, release after release
- Promotion, branding and content planning
- Bookings, collaborations and partnerships
We take on a small number of artists at a time. Tell us about your music and where you want to go.
After setup: yearly publishing administration
Royalties keep coming only while your songs stay registered correctly. Once your publishing is set up, we look after it every year: we register each new song you release, keep your writers and splits up to date, and follow up on royalties that go missing. You pay by how many songs you release in a year.
Up to 20 songs a year
$80 per year
For most independent artists and songwriters.
More than 20 songs a year
$200 per year
For busy writers, producers and catalogues.

Questions artists ask
What’s the difference between distribution and publishing?
A song earns money in two ways. The recording (the master) is paid through your distributor when people stream or buy it. The song itself (the composition: melody and lyrics) earns separate songwriter and publishing royalties, collected by performing rights organisations (PROs) and publishers. Many independent artists only set up distribution and never collect the second part.
Are you a music distributor?
No. Yalle Media isn’t a distributor, so we never hold your music or your earnings. Our distribution service is advice: we help you choose a distributor and set your release up correctly, and you keep full control of your accounts.
Will you register me with ASCAP, BMI or another PRO?
With distribution advisory, we advise you on which PRO to join and how, and you register yourself. With music publishing setup, we set up your PRO membership and register your songs with you.
What counts towards the 20 songs a year?
Each new song (composition) we register for you during the year. If you release up to 20 songs in a year, administration is $80 per year; above 20 songs, it’s $200 per year.
How do I pay?
There’s no payment on this website. Apply with the contact form; after we’ve talked and agreed on the service, we send you the next steps by email.
How much does artist management cost?
It depends on the artist and what we do together, so there’s no fixed price. Apply with the form and we’ll discuss it with you.
Not sure which one you need?
Tell us where you are with your music and we’ll point you the right way.
