Sweet Chaos by DAY6 sits in A minor (no sharps or flats), and you need 12 chords to play it: Am, Ab, C/G, D/F#, F, G, E/G#, Ab+, Dm, E, Eb and C.

Listen for D/F# – F – G – E/G# (IV – VI – VII – V in A minor): the song comes back to it again and again. Once these 4 changes are comfortable, most of the song is done.
