How to play Sweaters: key, chords and progression

To play Sweaters by Blanks, think in E♭ minor (six sharps: F♯, C♯, G♯, D♯, A♯, E♯). It takes 4 chords: G#m, B, D#m and C#.

Most of the song cycles through G#m – B – D#m – C# (iv – VI – i – VII in E♭ minor). Get these 4 changes smooth and the rest comes quickly.

Easier on guitar: put a capo on the 4th fret and play the shapes Em, G, Bm, A (75% of the chords become easy open shapes, against 0% without a capo). It sounds exactly the same.
