Drill production tips
Typical tempo: 140–145 BPM (often written at half time). Drill lives on sliding 808s and off-beat, skippy hi-hats with triplet rolls. Keep the snare on beat 4 of the half-time bar, glide the 808 between notes, and leave space for dark piano or string melodies.
Can I use these sounds in my songs?
Free packs are usually royalty-free for use in your own beats and songs, but each creator sets their own terms. Read the licence or “read me” file inside the download before releasing music commercially, and never resell or share the sounds as your own pack.
