How to play Heaven Right Now: key, chords and progression

These are the chords for Heaven Right Now by Thomas Rhett on Piano, Ukulele, Guitar, and Keyboard

Heaven Right Now by Thomas Rhett keeps coming home to G major (one sharp: F♯). You need 8 chords: G, D, C, Am, Em, Am7, Bm and Bm7.

Listen for C – G – D – C (IV – I – V – IV in G major): the song comes back to it again and again. In solfa, that is fah – doh – soh – fah. Once these 4 changes are comfortable, most of the song is done.

Good to know: on guitar, Bm and Bm7 need a barre or movable shape. Take the change into them slowly at first; piano and ukulele players have it easier.
