INTRO:
Bm Bm Gmaj7 A

VERSE:
      Bm
I've read all the red
letters in the Bible
            G
My parents taught me touch
                   A
and fire gets you burned
      Bm
I've watched all of the
dead talks 'bout addiction
               G
But there's a difference
                         A
between I know and I've learned

PRE-CHORUS:
               G
So I'm always talking to my therapist
          A
And he's tryna talk me off the list
      G
Same problems that we've tried
          A
to fix a thousand times

CHORUS:
        Bm
I'm no better
So you'd think right now
                    G
I'd have my shit together
       A
But I don't and it shows every time
             Bm
I drink too much, text my ex,
Let the voices in my head
         G
get the best of me
             A
I'm no better,
               Bm
But I'm no better
I'm no better
             G
I'm no better
             A
I'm no better

VERSE:
        Bm
I make promises and
New Years resolutions
          G
Swear to God I'll get it
                   A
right this time around
                    Bm
But then expect the six shots
deep on a Saturday night
And I know in the morning
I'm paying the price
       Gmaj7
When I wake up next to her
   A
I guess I'll never learn

CHORUS:
             Bm
That I'm no better
So you'd think right now
                    G
I'd have my shit together
       A
But I don't and it shows every time
             Bm
I drink too much, text my ex,
Let the voices in my head
         G
get the best of me
             A
I'm no better,
               Bm
But I'm no better
I'm no better
                 G
But I'm no better
             A
I'm no better

PRE-CHORUS:
            G
I'm always talking to my therapist
          A
And he's tryna talk me off the list
