How to play Unholy: key, chords and progression

Unholy by Miley Cyrus is centred on C major (no sharps or flats). The song uses 3 chords: Em, Bm and C.

Most of the song cycles through Em – Bm – C – Em (iii – vii – I – iii in C major). In solfa, that is mi – te – doh – mi. Get these 4 changes smooth and the rest comes quickly.

Good to know: Bm is played as barre or movable shapes on guitar. Practise the change into it slowly; on piano and ukulele the same chords are easier.
