How to play Believe From Polar Express: key, chords and progression

Believe From Polar Express by Josh Groban is centred on C major (no sharps or flats). The song uses 11 chords: C, CM7, Dm, B, G, Em/G, F, Em, A#, E7 and Am.

Most of the song cycles through G – C – Dm – Em (V – I – ii – iii in C major). In solfa, that is soh – doh – reh – mi. Get these 4 changes smooth and the rest comes quickly.

Good to know: B, F and A# are the tricky part on guitar (barre or movable shapes). Slow the change down until it is clean; on piano and ukulele they are simpler.
