How to play Still Feel: key, chords and progression

Still Feel by half•alive sits in C major (no sharps or flats), and you need 10 chords to play it: Am7, G6, FM7, E7, Am, Dm, C, Fm, E and Fm7.

The progression the song keeps returning to is Am – FM7 – Dm – C (vi – IVmaj7 – ii – I in C major). In solfa, that is lah – fah – reh – doh. Learn these 4 changes first and most of the song falls into place.

Good to know: G6, Fm and Fm7 are the tricky part on guitar (barre or movable shapes). Slow the change down until it is clean; on piano and ukulele they are simpler.
