How to play I Know A Ghost: key, chords and progression

I Know A Ghost by Crowder is centred on C major (no sharps or flats). The song uses 12 chords: E5, E/B, Em, E, Em/B, D, D/A, A, Esus2, C, C/E and Am.

Listen for C – C/E – Em – Em/B (I – I – iii – iii in C major): the song comes back to it again and again. In solfa, that is doh – doh – mi – mi. Once these 4 changes are comfortable, most of the song is done.
