[Intro]

[Verse 1]
C F/C
It's been the kind of year
G/C F/C C
I'd be fine if I forgot,
      F/C G/C F/C
yeah
C F/C
But I'll never forget it
   G/C F/C
As long as I live and
       C F/C G/C F/C
that's saying a lot
    G E/G#
The wildest menagerie
     Am C7
of unfortunate crazy things
    F C/G G
And now it's all over

[Chorus]
   C Am
So raise up your glass here's
   F G
to brand new beginnings
    C Am
And leave in the past all
    F G
the things that are ending
        E/G# Am
Cause tomorrow will bring
     F C
us a new morning sun
   C Am
My friends I believe that
    F G
the best is yet to come

[Verse 2]
     C F/C
So I guess now there's proof
     G/C F/C
That all good things must come
      C F/C G/C F/C
to an end, yeah
               C
And I couldn't tell
               F/C
you what comes next
      G/C F/C
But I do know that we'll never
        C
ever be standing
           F/C G/C F/C
here again
   G E/G#
So here's to the memories
Am C7 F
I forever keep them here with me
    F
And I can't believe
          G/C C
that it's over

[Chorus]
   C Am
So raise up your glass here's
   F G
to brand new beginnings
    C Am
And leave in the past all
    F G
the things that are ending
        E/G# Am
Cause tomorrow will bring
     F C
us a new morning sun
   C Am
My friends I believe that
    F G
the best is yet to come
