How to play Fingernails: key, chords and progression

Fingernails by Cardioid keeps coming home to C♯ minor (four sharps: F♯, C♯, G♯, D♯). You need 8 chords: Bsus2, C#m, A, E, B, B7, Am and DbMaj7sus2.

The progression the song keeps returning to is B – B7 – E – C#m (VII – VII7 – III – i in C♯ minor). Learn these 4 changes first and most of the song falls into place.

Good to know: Bsus2, C#m, B and DbMaj7sus2 are the tricky part on guitar (barre or movable shapes). Slow the change down until it is clean; on piano and ukulele they are simpler.
